Why, hello there.

Hi - my name is Chloe, and this is my writing blog. If you think I'm actually a mature, 15 year old, British teenager and want to keep thinking that...don't follow my personal.

Scarlett Winchester | "They say I'm a sinner. I'm not the only one"

"What happened to Team Free Will Dean?" She asked, her voice was sharp. Dean didn't want to look up at her as she stood over him, he thought she was disappointed in him, she just wanted to keep her older brother alive, she didn't want him to hand himself over to Micheal just so he could be a pawn in his and Lucifer's petty little argument. "One ex-blood junkie, one dropout with 6 bucks to his name, one former underage stripper and Mr Comatose"

"Team Free Will? You're still holding onto that? It's over Scarlett" Dean replied, almost with a laugh.

“I thought you said you were ‘no good’ with computers?” Dean said, stood behind Scarlett’s chair, barely able to keep up with the speed her fingers were moving across the keyboard. She pressed enter and turned round to her brother.

“I meant ‘no good’ as in I can’t manage to hack into a Wi-Fi network 7 feet underground like Sam can” She replied.

How children (& the adults they become) learn - A great resource for writers

So, this is the cover for my new Supernatural fic - Last Hope.

It was originally named ‘Matches and Salt’ but I decided I didn’t like the way it sounded.

The plot, even to me - seems pretty amature. But it starts around the beginning of season 3, and Scarlett is the Winchester’s half-sister and has been searching for them for almost a year now, before finally stumbling upon Bobby’s place.

I have small sub-plots here and there, but a lot of it will go along with the actual story arcs. I currently have season 3-5 planned, and maybe some early season 6 planned - but I haven’t started watching it yet, so I’m not setting anything in stone.

I have no idea if any of this makes sense, or if it even sounds remotely interesting - but this is my writing blog. So, ya’ll have to put up with it.

Also, if you look closely, the words behind the pictures is the lyrics to Paramore’s Last Hope, which inspired the title (obviously), and which actually fits the story, and Scarlett’s character very well.

So, if anyone is interested in this - hit me up or something yo.

“The ghosts are your best friends?”

“Well, they are the only people who wouldn’t think I’m crazy for being able to see them”

I have no idea what I’m writing.

When she was a kid, Grace DeVantonio decided she wanted to rule the world. She never knew why she chose that specific career choice, to her it just seemed like the world seemed a better place if it was ruled by a five year old.

Tips for Drabble Writing

Requested by anonymous

  • A drabble is exactly what it sounds like. You just write the first thing that comes to mind. It doesn’t have to make sense, it doesn’t need organization or structure. Just write.
  • This is not a place to work for length. Most drabbles are shorter than 200 words, and that’s exactly how they should be.
  • Write just a scene, an idea, a moment in time. This isn’t a story; this is a snapshot.
  • Use prompts, like those from prompt sites such as these: [X X X]. Prompts can inspire drabbles and be a great exercise.
  • Don’t spend a lot of time on drabbles, don’t even edit it if you don’t want to. They are just like little plot bunnies, little ideas you have. Don’t stress out about them.
  • Use drabbles as a way to get your creative juices flowing. I know some fellow writers who try to write a drabble a day, no matter how busy they are, just to make sure they keep writing and keep their mind going.
  • When you have some writer’s block, do a drabble writing. You may be surprised by how much it helps.
  • I can not emphasize this tip enough: be like Nike and just do it.
